CHITTENDEN DISTRICT PROBATE COURT
The Chittenden District Probate Court administers the estates for decedent's who were domiciled in Chittenden County, Vermont at the time of death. It is the largest of the probate courts in Vermont. In addition to probate matters, the court is responsible for oversight of voluntary and involuntary guardianships.

Directions
If coming from the north, take Interstate 89 South to Exit 14W. If from the south, take Interstate 89 North to Exit 14W. Stay right off of ramp. Stay straight on Main Street over the hill past the University of Vermont. As Main Street Street levels out, you will pass the corner of Main & Winooski Avenue. The courthouse is located at the next intersection (Main & Church Streets) on the left side of the street.
